This addition to a Gilroy residence designed by WVK in 1996 (see below) provided recreation space, an outdoor kitchen, and storage; it incorperated glass doors that could be stacked to create a 36' wide opening, and a "green roof" at the two ends of the building.

Residential Remodeling

This remodeling project involved the addition of a kitchen and breakfast room at the rear of the house, a master bedroom suite above, and a new stair to provide an indoor connection between the living space and the garage.

Residential Remodeling

The focus of this remodeling effort was to add an elevator, and completely remodel the kitchen and three bathrooms. The remodeling opened the kitchen to views of the ocean and produced a much more functional plan. Received NARI Merit Award, 1996.

A weekend home in Sutter Creek was situated to nest within several Live Oaks native to the region, and designed to take advantage of the wonderful views into the town and to the hills beyond.
